Archives and Special Collections: processes college records and personal papers. Tasks include transcribing documents, digitizing materials, organizing and cataloging records, papers, photographs, and objects, performing original research and developing exhibits and displays.
Access and Building Services: provides front line assistance, maintains collection organization. Participate in a variety of collection projects, including relocation of materials, condition assessment, cleaning and repair. May assist with inter-library loan processes including searching library holdings, paging items from the shelves, digitizing articles and book chapters, data entry, and preparing items for shipment using specialized software. Some special skills and training required.
Person will be continually supervised and will have no decision making authority. Requires a person who pays great attention to detail and exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
