Essential Functions:
- Oversee the Facilities furniture and flooring warehouse including receiving and shelving of new and returned inventory items and periodic inventory checks.
- Pull furniture and flooring items issued to work orders and prepare for pickup by in-house project crew or outside vendors.
- Fill supply requests submitted by Housekeepers and deliver product to buildings multiple times per week.
- Pick up Facilities Management packages from mail room multiple times per week.
- Maintain Admissions inventory located in Facilities Management, including entry into inventory system and delivery of requested items.
- Collect campus e-recycling and assist grounds department with cardboard recycling pickups.
A valid PA Driver’s License is required. Ability to obtain a Forklift Operators certification
