The Dickinson-Iron ISD has two Janitorial/Maintenance positions available. These are full year, full-time contracted positions with employment through Edustaff. General schedule during school year is afternoon/evening work hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and summer months morning/afternoon work hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

POSITION TITLE: Janitorial/Maintenance Worker
LOCATION Postion 1: Currently located at the Technical Education Center, Kingsford, Dickinson County
LOCATION Position 2: Currenly located at the Willis Early Childhood Education Center, Kingsford, Dickinson County
SALARY & BENEFITS: $15.00-$15.60/hour; Paid time off of 17 days per year and 10 paid holidays per year
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Dimploma or equivalent
- Kneeling, bending, walking, and lifting.
- This position requires being able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Driving may be necessary for this position which would require a valid driver’s license.
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES: Custodial and maintenance work assisting the District with basic custodial duties which includes cleaning of buildings and maintaining grounds, including but not limited to mowing grass, tree trimming, landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning of grounds.
