- Support the district's public relations, and outreach efforts
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement by facilitating district events, supporting community partnerships, and assist with the district's public relations strategies

Event Management & Coordination
- Oversee district event planning and logistics, including setup management, vendor coordination, and ensuring successful event execution
- Manage the Blue and White employee recognition event and maintain guest lists for all district events
- Coordinate district-wide back-to-school events and campaigns for students and staff in collaboration with the Director of Public Relations and the Education Foundation
- Serve as the district liaison for community events and partnerships, representing the district in collaborative initiatives
- Coordinate the district's annual food pantry donation campaign, Money for Meals
- Foster positive relationships with community stakeholders and ensure alignment with district goals
- Manage the Just Ask inquiry system and assist in responding to social media message inquiries
- Manage the district's weekly At A Glance Calendar
- Oversee district outreach efforts and email campaigns, including contributing to the Gator Bytes e-newsletter as part of a collaborative team
- Manage advertisements and budget-related tasks in collaboration with the Director of Public Relations
- Assist with district public relations needs, including photography, advertisement management, and attendance at meetings and committees
- Assist the superintendent at campus and community events by providing enthusiastic support and fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere
- Provide direct support for all duties under the Director of Public Relations role
- Tools/Equipment Used: Personal computer and peripherals; standard instructional equipment
- Posture: Prolonged standing; frequent kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
- Motion: Frequent walking
- Lifting: Regular light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds); may lift and move items up to 45 lbs
