What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources/Payroll Office Manager position at Dickinson State University?
DSU HR/Payroll is seeking to hire an Office Manager. The office manager is the primary point of contact for all visitors via phone and in the office and assists with managing the daily administrative operations of the department. Also, providing oversight for non-benefited employee recruiting and processing, and back up support for (at the minimum having general knowledge of) all other functions of Human Resources and Payroll. This is an on-site position located in Dickinson, ND on the DSU campus with work being completed during regular business operating hours.
Human Resources provides services in staffing, hiring, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. We strive to maintain compliance with Title IX, Equal Employment, and other regulations. In addition, this department coordinates DSU’s participation in the Workforce Safety and Insurance and Wellness programs and assists with the State Risk Management compliance.
