- Support the Store Director in developing and implementing department strategies to drive sales growth.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, neat, fresh, and friendly store environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management position with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
