Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Handle food safely and responsibly, following all food safety guidelines
- Support the team in menu planning and catering preparations
- Aid in meal preparation and ensuring timely service
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience line cook experience is required
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed within the kitchen
- Familiarity with menu planning and basic culinary techniques
