The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader, will have experience with MDS, PDPM and TN Case Mix. This position requires the ability to work well with residents, families, and staff.

Candidates must have:
Current Tennessee RN License
1-2 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator
Good organization skills
Case Mix experience
