Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our clients' objectives
• Create engaging and visually compelling content (graphics, captions, videos, reels, stories) across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce high-quality visual content tailored to client audiences
• Maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message
• Stay current with emerging social media trends and best practices to innovate and improve client campaigns
• Monitor and interpret analytics to optimize performance and inform future strategies
• Write and edit engaging copy for social media posts and campaigns across multiple clients
• Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or other content generation platforms) to support content creation, caption writing, idea generation, and scheduling
• Maintain an organized workflow while managing multiple brands, deadlines, and deliverables
• Provide on-site support for DME events, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and high-quality client experiences
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and content calendars simultaneously
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (e.g., SocialPilot, Hootsuite)
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Photography/videography experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media trends and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging across various client industries
