Team Overview

Standing at the forefront of the international travel industry, keeping a close eye on global market dynamics, technological development trends, and the situation of competitors. Participating in organizational decision-making. With my keen understanding of technology and profound insights into the travel market, Providing crucial technical advice to the company on aspects such as international business expansion and product planning.Leading the team in technological research and innovation, ensuring that the team adopts the most advanced and suitable technical architectures and tools for international travel business. Carefully selecting and forming a technical team with diverse skills and rich experience.Maintaining close communication and collaboration with multiple internal departments of the company, such as product, operations, marketing, and customer service. During the project execution process, promptly solving technical problems and teamwork issues to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Representing the team in establishing good cooperative relationships with external partners, such as technology companies, research institutions, and industry associations.

Role Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Growth Technology team (approximately 50 engineers) to develop and implement growth-oriented technical solutions.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to drive growth initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
• Serving as a technical leader, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Engaging in frequent communication with international colleagues and stakeholders, particularly in English, to align on strategic and technical goals.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable growth results.
• Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Role Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams of 50 members in a high-growth environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of product and engineering processes.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Chinese and English; able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with growth strategies and a passion for driving business growth through technology.
• Work experience at leading international companies is highly desirable.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts between product, engineering, and other departments. Preferred:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a well-known university. Graduates from top-tier global universities are preferred.
• Experience in the mobility or transportation industry.
• Familiarity with growth frameworks and metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• A strong understanding of the global market and the ability to adapt strategies for international growth.
