In this critical role, you'll support the production of commercial ethanol and milled corn-based products, working closely with our engineering team to develop and maintain 2D/3D models, detail drawings, and other essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and generate CAD drawings (P&ID’s, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, etc.).
- Manage and improve the Drawing Database for rapid crisis response and troubleshooting.
- Enter and maintain bill of material (BOM) and item master data.
- Assist in project closeouts and equipment documentation.
- Independently verify drawing accuracy and perform walk downs.
- Provide technical assistance to various teams and train others on drawing guidelines.

- Associate Degree in Mechanical Design, Structural Design, Computer-Aided Design, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in a Food/Chemical/Manufacturing Facility.
- 3 years of experience with AutoCAD and other AutoDesk software.
- Proficiency in generating and editing 3D Models and 2D drawings.
- Experience with High-Definition 3D Laser Scans and AutoDesk Recap.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to design fabrications.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
