- Education: High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent experience. Conductors license (past or current) preferred.
- Driving Skills: Basic driving skills; locomotive or yard dog driving experience a plus.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing experience, especially in a food-safe environment, a plus.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Environmental Factors: Work in noise, dust, hot weather, and cold weather.
- Lifting: Lift 55 pounds and occasionally 75 pounds.
- Mobility: Ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and gangways frequently.
- Height Safety: Work at heights over 20 feet.
- Confined Spaces: Enter confined spaces following safety procedures.
- Communication: Use and hear 2-way radio.
- Dexterity: Maneuver equipment in tight spaces.
