What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Laborer Talent Network position at Didlake, Inc.?
Didlake is always looking to meet and network with great talent for future openings. We hire seasonal Grounds Laborers to work from March-November at our contract sites in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Wallops Island, and Baltimore MD. The Grounds Laborer is responsible for maintaining the grounds of industrial, commercial, or public property by performing duties such as : cutting grass, using walking-type or riding mowers (less than 2000 lbs.); trimming hedges and edging around walks, flowerbeds and wells using hedge trimmers, clippers, and edging tools; pruning shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth using shears and other hand tools; and, spraying lawns, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer and insecticide.
