SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Start up, monitor, and repair various automated sample prep and analysis systems and a wide range of sub systems (lasers, scanning confocal optical systems, robotic plate handlers, liquid sample handlers, incubators, washers, sophisticated mathematical algorithms, and related control & analysis software).

• Debug scripts on liquid handling platforms.
• Advise users on preventive maintenance and configurations to optimize system performance.
• Support sales teams with service contract, instrumentation, and similar sales.
• Serve as voice of customer and liaise feedback to product development teams.
• Perform preventative maintenance of test equipment and related components.
• Train on site personnel in operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide technical expertise related to :

Sample Prep Equipment Components : Pipettes, Buffer Prep Vessels, Piping Equipment, Vent Filters, Agitators, Sample Vials, Channel Disposable Test Cassettes, In-Line Mixers, Gel Electrophoresis Wells, Centrifuges, Ultrafiltration and Electrodialysis Apparatus Electrodes, Buffer Chambers, Electrophoresis Chambers, and similar.

Subcomponents : Rotors, Rotor Lids, Adaptors, Swinging Bucket Rotors, Fixed Angle Rotors, Microplate Carriers, Conical Tubes, Vessels, Cell Washers, Cell Separators, Reagent Cartridges, and similar.
