Maintenance Manager Supervisor Blow Molding Injection Molding Plastic Molding Machinery _ .

Responsible for 5 person team maintaining PET bottle related plastic molding equipment.

Must have 5 years experience with plastic molding manufacturing operation.

Activities :

• Hands-on support of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, PLC and HMI installation, upgrade, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Establishing and communicating priorities for the team.
• Sourcing, selecting and maintaining suppliers of parts and services.
• Obtain bids on capital projects.
• Supervising, developing, training, and coaching maintenance personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with programs and policies.
• Driving the proper care and operation of tools and equipment.
• Administering schematics, drawings, and manuals database.
