As a fast growing, family owned, chain of busy espresso stands, Diedrich Espresso is always seeking to add skilled and outgoing baristas to our team! As a company, we believe in serving quality in every cup and rewarding hard work, so our hiring practices prioritize an outgoing personality and work ethic over years of industry experience.
Diedrich Espresso stands are busy, and staffed in a way to facilitate our baristas making very competitive incomes. Our scheduling ranges from part time to full time, with flexibility to accommodate a well rounded life outside of work!
Baristas are hired to one home stand, where they will be primarily scheduled so they can cultivate relationships with customers, but will occasionally be asked to help cover at a nearby stand once fully trained and comfortable with company policy and product.
Assistant Manager We require at least 6 months of experience in a fast paced, drive thu setting. If hired you would start as a regular barista and would have the opportunity of promotion after 30 days.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.66 - $23.00 per hour
