The Role :
As our HR Business Partner , you’ll wear many hats. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, collaborating closely with different business units to shape HR strategies that fuel our growth and innovation. You'll help build an engaging, inclusive culture and ensure we’re attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent—because, let’s face it, our team is what makes our chips (and everything else) so delicious.
What You’ll Do :
- Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with our big-picture goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the charge on recruitment, ensuring we attract top-notch talent who are as passionate about quality and community as we are.
