As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production line moving efficiently and our products packaged to perfection. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in quality, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Shift: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 7pm to 7am. Rotating Sundays.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor packing machines for consistent weight, seasoning, sealing, and labeling
- Adjust machine settings for different products and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform changeovers including film, formers, and seasoning setup
- Conduct and document metal detector checks to ensure food safety compliance
- Pack finished products with attention to detail, quality, and customer specifications
- Collaborate with the fry room and team to ensure smooth product flow and quality standards
- Rework and repack products when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace—daily sanitation is a must
- Use pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and forklifts (if certified)
- Support your team by giving breaks/lunches and communicating effectively
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, reach, lift, and move continuously in a fast-paced, loud, and sometimes warm environment
- Team player mindset and good communication skills
- Comfortable working with food allergens (dairy in seasoning)
- Ability to read, follow instructions, and complete documentation accurately
