We are seeking the ultimate "Swiss-Army-Knife" Manager to help CHAMPION our team. Are you currently working in the F/I office and looking for an opportunity to grow on the sales desk? Are you a NEW or Pre-Owned Sales Manager who wants to develop your skills as a Finance Manager? Diehl Ford Hyundai of Sharon was a regional growth leader in 2024! The right person will help manage all aspects of the sales process. They will be able to learn from other sales managers and F/I who are at the top of their game while helping expand their tool belt in both avenues. The sales team in Sharon contributes to both the Hyundai and Ford locations and you will help to manage all of it! Some days you will be appraising vehicles and working deals; other days you will sign out new customers "in the box" and everything in between. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Assign and process bank contracts and corresponding paperwork (both banking and state)
- Support sales and finance department wherever necessary
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Assign value to trade-in vehicles and prepare sales numbers for customers
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Automotive experience required
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
