Inventory Specialist

Hi! We are Diem Cannabis! We are seeking an experienced inventory specialist with proven intake, compliance and regulatory knowledge to join our growing team.

Essential Functions - Inventory

1. Intake marijuana products, organize and manage the product’s bin locations, and print barcode labels for each unique product (delegate labeling)

2. Manage and close any finished packages in METRC and Flowhub

3. Manage any product return/quarantine

4. Maintain sanitary conditions in marijuana storage areas

5. Move inventory from backstock to sales floor as needed

6. Execute compliant waste procedures when necessary

7. Complete Weekly Inventory Audits, reconcile discrepancies, and report incidents accordingly

8. Audit/count essential supply items (accessories, packaging, receipt & label papers)

9. Maintain inventory PAR levels and prepare list of low-quantity items for reorder

10.Properly file METRC Manifests and invoices

Certifications:

Marijuana Establishment Agent Registration and Responsible Vendor Certificate

Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork skills and positive relations skills to be successful. Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently and make decisions. Utilizes time effectively to complete unfinished tasks within the organization. Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented. Pleasant, professional, and personable. Able to work well under pressure, resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and follow through with ideas.

Qualification Requirements

• Experience in the field of inventory management
• MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Well versed in POS software

• High School Diploma
