Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves mechanically or by hand using forklift, winches or conveyors. Attaches identifying tag or labels to materials or marks information on cases or other containers. Assembles and disassembles storage racks, shelving, cardboard boxes or storage units. Assist Team Leaders and Area Leaders with interpretation and training of non-English speaking employees. Assist Area Leaders and Human Resources with interpreting HR questions/issues. Qualifications: (These qualifications represent the minimum requirements of the position. Employees will be required to possess the ability and aptitudes to perform the duties proficiently.) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work well with others and build positive relationships Ability to meet production requirements Ability to comprehend written instructions Must be bilingual in Spanish Physical Demands: Continuous walking or standing Lift 55 lbs Repetitive motion Bewusstsein.
