- Collaborating with the Bakery Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
- Managing inventory by ordering, displaying, and maintaining bakery items.
- Assisting in training, developing, and motivating Associates to foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to proper food-handling protocols.
- Providing friendly and exceptional service to all customers.
Qualifications for Success:
- 1 years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectively
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices.
- Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently.
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to push and pull up to 90 lbs of force occasionally
- Occasional: Sitting and climbing; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and handling
- Frequent: Head turn, trunk bend, side reach, grasp, power grip, pinch, finger manipulation, & feel
- Constant - Stand, handling, & forward reach
