Key Responsibilities:
- In-Store Lead Generation:
- Position yourself in Lowe’s stores and other strategic referral partner locations to engage with potential customers and generate leads.
- Educate customers on Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment’s services and identify opportunities for assistance.
- Trade Show and Networking Event Representation:
- Attend trade shows, community events, and networking groups to promote the company and build brand awareness.
- Set up and manage company booths, distribute marketing materials, and collect contact information for follow-ups.
- Referral Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including realtors, home inspectors, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with partners to identify mutual opportunities and provide value-added services like training sessions or promotional support.
- Outreach and Follow-Up:
- Conduct outbound communications via phone, email, and in-person visits to nurture leads and build ongoing relationships.
- Schedule follow-up meetings or service appointments to ensure leads convert to satisfied customers.
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Update and maintain accurate records of leads and partner interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Report on lead generation activities and results to support data-driven marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer engagement, relationship marketing, or lead generation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people in various settings.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to manage multiple events and locations effectively.
- Familiarity with the plumbing or water treatment industry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
