Responsibilities:
- Arrive to work prepared and on time
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Perform amazing services on our guests
- Be able to give customers a full service experience
- Desire to build strong relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Must have a cosmetology or barber license in the state of PA
- Previous experience as a Barber or Cosmetologist specializing in men's hair
- Are willing to do awesome shaves (We can train you!)
- Amazing customer service skills
- Great phone etiquette
- Ability to grow your client base with guest retention
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
