Great news... Our business is growing! Diesel Barbershop is San Antonio's #1 choice for traditional barber services and we need a new face for our thriving company. We are looking for a part-time receptionist with a fully flexible schedule. Our upper management works hard to ensure that we're creating a fun, supportive, and structured work environment for everyone. We embrace diversity and self expression including tattoos, piercings, and colored hair. Responsibilities:
- Arrive to work prepared and on time
- Adhere to proper opening and closing procedures
- Successfully operate our booking system (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person
- Sustain a professional, polished appearance as the face of Diesel Barbershop
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation during scheduled shift
- Amazing customer service skills
- Great phone etiquette
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced workplace
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service role
