In this role, you will…
- Analyze business needs and supporting utilization of NetSuite as the business evolves
- Maintain, optimize, troubleshoot, and upgrade the NetSuite application along with related third-party business applications.
- Document existing and new customizations, develop training materials, conduct end user training, and participate in projects
- Manage NetSuite security profiles, user access, roles, and rights
- Assist users with requests for new searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Stay up-to-date with NetSuite functionality and customizations
- Handle incoming tickets and support requests as the top tier of support
- Support the use of custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows
- Support report generation from the data repository

- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred, or received during first year of service
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years’ experience with NetSuite customizations and data ration preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration, and analysis required
- Advanced understanding of NetSuite's functionalities, including custom records, CSV import/export, page layouts, workflows, roles, and permissions.
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or SuiteScript to enhance system functionalities and user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of integration platforms and APIs to connect NetSuite with other business systems like Salesforce, Celigo, Power BI and other third-party applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, organize, and set priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with minimal supervision and direction
- Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
