Overview:
The Senior Manager, E-Commerce will oversee and manage the brand e-business channels, including the brand website and marketplaces, driving traffic, optimizing the online shopping experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics to grow our brand and online sales. This role will support all aspects of e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience to drive revenue growth, enhance Diesel’s presence in North America, and ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels. The Senior Manager, E-Commerce will be able to define plans to deliver financial targets, drive cross-functional execution, work with data and merchandising teams to create a streamlined consumer journey, work with marketing teams to track traffic and conversion on daily basis and provide direction on adjustments to manage to overall revenue goals, track competitor activities and changes and adjust plans accordingly, and prepare monthly presentations for senior leadership with data-driven learnings and action plans.

Responsibilities:
Website & Marketplaces Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the brand e-commerce website and marketplaces.
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience are optimized.
- Manage product listings, updates, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Collaborate with global teams (PM and tech team) to implement new features or resolve issues.
- Own the tracking and maintenance of promotional spending forecast and maintain a monthly closing process based on actuals.
- Collaborate with planning & buying team to oversee online catalog definition by channels (website and marketplace)
- Collaborate with the Global Ecom team to define a commercial calendar based on local needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the website through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize user engagement and sales.
- Responsible for monthly target planning process by consolidating category-level plans into target financial plan.
- Manage current quarter weekly sellout performance management for all categories based on sellout performance trend. Maintain a high degree of accuracy on sellout forecasting achievement rate.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
- Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate product availability on the website.
- Manage revenue risk to target plan and actively lead gap closure initiatives by securing program approvals to generate incremental revenue.
- Ensure an excellent online shopping experience for customers.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to meet their needs.
- Lead highly functional and agile business planning and cross functional teams.
- Co-Lead the eCommerce strategy, business planning, analytics, and website experience for the Digital team.
- Lead and manage the bottoms-up planning and forecasting based on category promotional and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with category management, product, and finance teams for the Quarterly Commercial Deal
- Managing the planning process and all program approvals for key internal stakeholders.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Perform quality assurance for the site daily, including searching for issues like bugs.
- Monitor and report on website performance, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Lead high-accuracy product launch planning and forecasting for flagship products to minimize stockouts and aging risk.
- Perform promotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights and planning implications.

- 7 years of experience in an eCommerce, Marketing or Operations role (negotiable for this temp role)
- Proficient knowledge of website platform technologies and main e-commerce tools;
- Proficient knowledge of SFCC Commerce Cloud; Adobe Analytics& Adobe Target, Power BI
- Aptitude to generate new ideas with recommended implementation solutions.
- Extreme attention-to-detail and ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously.
- Strong reasoning skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Proven ability to interact & collaborate across multiple disciplines to accomplish a common goal.
