Job Description:
We’re seeking a dependable and versatile Warehouse Worker to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic warehouse environment. You’ll work with a variety of tools, assist with minor troubleshooting, and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move stock within the warehouse.
- Assist in building and organizing pallets for shipment.
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.
- Use general maintenance tools for various tasks including painting, minor repairs, and maintenance.
- Assist with minor problems and provide solutions as needed.
- Get trained to operate a forklift and use it to move materials within the warehouse.
- Run errands to pick up supplies and materials as required.
- Operate a floor scrubber to maintain clean and safe warehouse floors.
- Pick up trash outside and around the building as needed.
- Prep engines for power washing and clean as needed.
- Assemble items such as fans and other equipment as required.
- Fill in gaps where needed and support the warehouse team in various tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Basic experience with general maintenance tools and minor repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor issues effectively.
- Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Good physical stamina for tasks like lifting, cleaning, and assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
