What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Diestel Turkey Ranch?
Job Function Responsibilities of the Position include but are not limited to the following:
1. All functions of Customer Service and Holiday Coordination, Particularly data management.
2. Provides detailed reporting and acts as support to outside sales initiatives analyzing movement and effectiveness of programs.
3. Constantly evaluates and updates procedures to ensure ease of business.
4. Represents the brand through written and verbal communication on a daily basis energizing their customers with our mission and vision.
5. Must work and interact with inventory manager to evaluate inventory, product demand and product movement.
6. Maintains the pulse of industry trends and movement to maintain business relationships, creatively and economically develop and sell products.
7. Interact with the distribution of “Point of Sale” (POS) materials to ensure customers are aware of the marketing support available to them.
· 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service
· Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
· Computer knowledge, Windows & Microsoft Suite a must
· Basic office skills such as typing, ten key & filing
· Friendly, persuasive telephone manner.
· Ability to read, write, and understand English.
· Willing to work on weekends and overtime as needed.
· Must have a cooperative, constructive, respectful attitude, and must be able to work as a team member.
· Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
