As a Cross-Selling Expert, youll work with existing clients, uncover coverage gaps, and recommend additional insurance solutions to better protect them.
This is NOT a cold-calling role. Youll be speaking with current policyholders who already trust usyou just need to show them the value of expanding their coverage!

Here is what a typical day looks like:
Call existing clients to discuss their current coverage & identify needs
Recommend additional policies to enhance their protection
Educate clients on why adding coverage benefits them
Strengthen relationships by providing real valuenot just making a sale
Practice & refine your skills daily with ongoing coaching
Requirements
Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
Sales Acumen: A keen interest in developing skills in sales and client relationship building.
Motivation: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the initiative to meet and exceed targets.
Customer Service: Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn about various insurance products and services offered by the company.
Team Participation: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
