As a rapidly growing startup, we are proud to have 150 employees across 30 states, delivering preventative healthcare through telehealth to gyms, corporations, and other platforms. Job Type: Full-time
Pay range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, promoting culture and well-being of all team members
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Lead the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute workforce planning strategies
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, performance-based incentives, and employee recognition programs
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of multistate semi-monthly payroll
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices, including HIPAA training and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with Paylocity is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of multistate employment laws and regulations
- Experience with contract negotiation and management
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management and resolution
- Experience with FMLA administration and workers' compensation processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Proven experience in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
- Ability to develop training programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce
