Position Summary
The Concrete Form Carpenter is responsible for setting concrete forms, concrete pours and finishing concrete.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Construct built-in place or prefabricated concrete forms for molding concrete structures such as footers, retaining and structural walls, and columns.
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Build rough wooden structures such as scaffolding, temporary frame structures, and safety railings.
- Pour both vertical and horizontal concrete elements.
- Possess concrete finishing skills.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Safety and competently use equipment/tools such as power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts
- Maintain work job site in a neat, clean, and safe manner.
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties, which includes standing, lifting 75 lbs, etc.
- Ability to work in safety sensitive construction zones around heavy equipment.
- Must have a collaborative attitude and willingness to perform any work that is required.
- Must work cooperatively with a team in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have 5 years of structural concrete forming experience; heavy civil experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, including extreme cold/heat and winds.
- Ability to work 5-day workweeks, including weekends.
- High regard for safety and pride for quality of work.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Able to multi-task, show initiative and ask questions as needed.
- Should be able to navigate through the worksite on a daily basis.

- Lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and/or pulling; climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant finger dexterity necessary 75 pounds of weight from 33% - 66% of the time (2.5 - 5.5 hrs./day)
- Personal Protective Equipment: Safety glasses, hard hat and steel toe boots must be worn at all times. Hearing, respiratory and/or fall protection equipment must be worn when required.

Salary : $26 - $30
