IT Field Technician

We are currently seeking a Full-time Field Technician to join our growing and talented team. About the Role:

Our company services clients nationwide, requiring travel throughout the states, occasionally for several days at a time. The responsibilities include setting up hardware, installing applications, and dealing with the needs of the client throughout the onboarding process. The individual must possess excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly disposition towards clients and the ability to communicate effectively with the internal team.

Primary Responsibilities:

· IT surveys for initial customer onboarding

· Working with the Projects team as an on-site resource

· Document and photograph details of previous network and IT infrastructure

· Working with the projects team to upgrade and replace IT infrastructure

Requirements:

· Proficiency with Office 365 applications

· Familiarity with network and IT equipment

· Willing and eager to learn and grow in the IT field

· Must have the ability to carry up to 50 LB on network equipment

· A reliable form of transportation with a driver's license is required

· Must be able to fly to other states

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
