Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to create a smooth and efficient workflow within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Supervise and support administrative and front desk personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Handle patient concerns and work to improve overall patient satisfaction.
- Assist with budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
- Implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to support clinical operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an office management or administrative leadership role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of medical office operations, insurance processes, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in medical office software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite.
