ESY Occupational Therapist Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8-12

Provide Occupational Therapy to students in a public school setting - Collaborate with teachers, administrators and other personnel • Create measurable and objective goals and plan of care for the IEP • Plan and provide direct and consultative services • Maintain student data and progress - Evaluate students using appropriate school-based assessments - Provide reports in a timely manner, meeting all guidelines • Communicate and collaborate with parents and school personnel as needed • Provide training assistance and resources to educators and school personnel • Provide accommodations as needed to promote student independence and participation • Supervise COTA and/or OT students, as needed
