- Exposure to multiple operational areas within the organization.
- Interaction with large partners including fortune 500 level distributors.
- Initial guidance leading to eventual autonomy.
- Support and grow Revenue with Regional Partners across Cellular and Ventus BUs.
- Travel to channel partner locations within region as needed, while managing ROI of travel costs
- Drive the success of partner-related programs
- Manage and deploy co-marketing services and funding
- Recruit net new regional partners and Managed Service Providers.
- Developing and execute business plans, sales plans, and marketing strategies with the partner to drive revenue growth
- Train and collaborate with RSMs, SE, and Solution Architects to ensure Digi success at the VAR or MSP.
- Manage active forecast with set of partners.
- Outgoing, personable, can talk to people of all levels.
- Able to apply what experience you have and eager to learn more.
- Organized, goal driven, positive, happy to roll your sleeves up and help out
- Excellent presentation and organization skills with a talent for customer interaction at all levels.

- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum 8 Year experience in Channel Sales

The anticipated pay range for this position is $152,000– $237,500, which includes base salary commission target. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
