What would a typical day look like as an Order Management Specialist at Digicomm International?
Orders for equipment come in from our customers, the largest cable operators and service providers all over the world. You would work collaboratively with a great team to enter the orders accurately into our system quickly and follow them all the way through to delivery. When issues (e.g. customs, shipping, etc.) arise, you'd work to propose solutions. And you would leave the office every day knowing that your work enables our customers to seamlessly run their businesses.

What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing?
- Utilize attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and critical thinking to process and enter the complex domestic and international orders received throughout the day into our ERP system (Sage 100)
- Review orders carefully for accuracy
- Process international orders including commercial invoices and required export documents
- Proactively provide Digicomm's Customer Service Specialists with accurate and updated information on orders so they can provide phenomenal customer service
- Continuously grow your knowledge of export regulations, customs, and related areas of international business through research and confirmation with government agencies.
- Assist with occasional evening and weekend on-call coverage.
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of office or clerical experience in a customer-focused environment
- 4 years experience with MS Office, in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to remain flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company

Work Location:
We prefer a candidate based in the Denver Metro area who can follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office three days a week for collaboration. However, we may consider remote candidates outside Denver, depending on their skills and qualifications.
What you can expect from us:
This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based upon personal and company performance. Digicomm also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
