What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assault Operations SME position at DigiFlight?
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing subject matter expertise in the development integrated training programs, training needs analysis, test and evaluation training, and user evaluation training. This includes but is not limited to providing input into course development training materials and evaluation processes. This will be in support of Bell’s Future Long Range Assault Aircraft program.
Minimum Experience
- Former Army Officer (Warrant or Commissioned) with at least 15 years of aviation experience is required
- Assault Battalion Staff or higher experience desired
- Experience with instructional design is preferred
Required Skills
- Proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel required
- MS Project proficiency is desired
- Familiarity with Advisor Software is desired
