Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience in the Business Services industry
- Experience with financial software systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- MBA or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Provide accurate financial information to management, investors, and other stakeholders
- Make recommendations for improvement in financial processes and procedures
- Manage and develop a team of financial professionals
- Manage month and year end closing activities
- Record journal entries
- DCAA and GSA Audit support
- GSA fee submission
- Manage fixed assets schedule and record depreciation
