Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate will work under close direction of his/her supervisor and Branch International Program
Managers (IPMs) to perform a vast array of Security Assistance duties. Defense Security Assistance
Management System (DSAMS) experience desirable with prior Security Assistance Experience. The
individual will assist with development of Letters of Offer and Acceptance, monitoring, coordinating, and
integrating the complete foreign military sales Program. The individual will assist with preparing material
for country briefings, as well as preparing reports and memorandums. In addition he/she will produce
information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data,
and graphics. Candidate will be responsible for researching transactions and collecting information to
assist others in various logistical duties to include tracking of requirements, equipment, and reporting
discrepancies. Candidate will secure information by completing data base backups. Will provide historical
reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. He/she should demonstrate significant
knowledge on utilization of Microsoft Office Products. Program Management Office (PM) experience
desirable with missile systems experience.
Minimum Experience
NASAMS/Sentiel Radar experience or Foreign Military Sales experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
