DigiFlight, Inc., a fast growing Government contractor in Huntsville AL, is seeking a Senior Level Program Analyst to support an active Army Aviation contract on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. DigiFlight, Inc. is a fast growing Government contractor in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Budget Analyst to support an active government contract opportunity in Huntsville (Redstone Arsenal). Qualified candidate will support the Apache PM International PD with primary focus on Poland through active involvement in administering the total budget program utilizing the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), and, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to track the commitment, obligation, and disbursement of the International Apache PM. Provide evaluation of programmed distribution of available funds against mission and workload objectives, analyze trends in fund utilization, and prepare status reports, and develop recommended reprogramming of funds to ensure that balance is maintained. Interpret budget policies, directives, and regulations received from higher headquarters, and publish local implementing directives. Identify actual or potential funding problems and recommend policies for solving them. Provide both manual and automated portions of budget reporting requirements. The candidate will directly support the International Product Office by performing program management duties. The person will know how to utilize MS office software package. This person must be able to coordinate briefings/presentations and agendas that are necessary to perform programmatic support to the Apache International PD. Shall analyze and integrate data from AAH PMO meetings, briefings, working groups, conferences, and program reviews by tracking internal actions and coordinating with the AAH divisions and product offices in providing responses/feedback to resolve program management, planning, and integrations issues. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp, understand and interpret key aspects of Army International programs. Candidate should also be able to communicate, advise and help formulate solutions to senior Government leadership and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment, reacting quickly to changing requirements and schedules. Support FMS Case actions through reviewing and analyzing financial and logistical systems/databases such as DSAMS, PBAS, SOMARDS, LMP, MOCAS, FEDLOG, PADDS, CISIL, GFEBS, SCIP, and IMPART.

- 10 Years of Budget Experience
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or related field
