Digiflight is seeking a product level Operations Analyst to support a Project Management Office within the Program Executive Office (Aviation) on Redstone Arsenal. In this role as an Operations Analyst, you will provide operational oversight and programmatic support ensuring all internal and external tasks are assigned to the appropriate level, tracked for progress, and completed by the assigned suspense. Candidate is expected to obtain a solid, working knowledge of contractual developments as the product office delivers and supports rotary-wing aviation capabilities for global allies of the United States. Attend and actively participate in the weekly task reviews, organizational meetings, and working groups with senior leadership. Assist in the interpretation of data from studies and the formulation of responses to present the relevancy of data to the Project Management Office leadership. Prepare and ensure accuracy of high-level briefing products. Maintain situational awareness of all product office on-going actions with external stakeholders and global partners. Conduct quality control on written and briefing documentation, documenting meetings by capturing and recording all pertinent information, managing the PO’s weekly Significant Activities reporting, provide high-level updates of accomplishments, upcoming events and action items. Facilitate upward and downward communication and integration within the PO. Development and review product management documentation, briefings, white papers and responses to inquiries including correspondence, briefings, and responses to inquiries. Support program updates and lead the development of general officer/SES level briefings. |
Minimum Experience |
Must possess a SECRET Security Clearance. Functional Analyst I BA 8, MS 6, Assoc. 10, HS 12 |
Required Skills |
Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task are paramount. Must be able to adequately balance competing priorities while meeting all suspenses. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify risks, propose mitigation strategies and provide solutions. The ability to take initiative when given little guidance and develop products that capture the gist of the matter at hand to address the concerns of the customer. Must be able to interact with high level DoD officials (O-6/NH-04). Able to manage a battle-rhythm of weekly/monthly tasks coupled with short-suspense projects with no room for error. Understanding and ability to work within the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) for taskings. Knowledge of how to apply for/track extensions. Familiarity with military Project Management Office culture and Army Aviation is beneficial. Sharepoint skills are extremely beneficial. Basic understanding of the rapid acquisition process and Foreign Military Sales is beneficial. Flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines. Must be able to work independently and as an effective team member. |
