• Process orders efficiently and accurately

• Attach labels to sort to either the carrier baskets, carrier line, or directly out to the truck

• Train into carrier specific software programs, Fed Ex Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, USPS Endicia, DHL EasyShip, and show a demonstrated ability to process orders correctly

• Ability to read order notes and make the best determination of the next step in processing the order

• Work hand in hand with IT troubleshooting errors with the ability to recognize and thoroughly explain the error that is occurring

• Process invoices

• Attempt post and either place on the belt or send it back and run post command

• Act with a high level of courtesy as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and PDC answering customer order questions

• Handle customer change-order requests when applicable

• Perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to possible reallocation of efforts to other organizations per business need and management request

• Operate pallet jacks, pallet jack scale, PIV, and pallet wrapping machine

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

• Basic computer navigation and typing skills

• Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals

• Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management

• Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently

• Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success

• Adapt to changes in software and processes quickly, and accurately

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

• Manhattan (WM)

• KiSoft

• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion

• May move/stand on concrete throughout 8-10-hour shift

• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 50 lbs. with assistance

• Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs

• Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level

• Use of pallet jack up to 60 lbs. with heavier packages requiring team lift
