The Department of Mathematics at DigiPen Institute of Technology invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in Mathematics, starting in Fall, 2025, with a tentative start date of September 2nd. Responsibilities include teaching, research within the area of expertise, advising student research and projects, as well as professional service activities. The position is open to any area of Mathematics.
This is an in-person teaching position.

Job Duties:
- Teach introductory and upper-level courses in Mathematics
- Advise and mentor students
- Engage in professional and scholarly activities
- Participate in course and program assessment and development
- Advise student projects and graduate research
Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD Degree in Mathematics or a closely related field
- Interest in teaching both introductory and upper-level courses
- Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment
- Interest in advising student research
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level
- Established research program
- Experience with advising student research

Salary Range: $62,000-$70,000 for an Assistant Professor with 9-month teaching responsibility
