What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telesales Specialist position at Digital Ally?
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound sales calls to both existing customers and potential customers by telephone to solicit sales of products.
- Record names, addresses, e-mails, and reactions of customers and prospects contacted.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals or markets.
- Generate sales call reports, and other routine reports.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Other clerical or Sales & Marketing duties as assigned.
