Qualifications: Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems,
or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience with ERP Systems, SuccessFactors Preferred
Required Skills:
- Expert skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: VLOOKUP, macro workbook, pivot table,
strong understanding of Excel functions & formulas).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Continuous learner and willing to research issues
- Strong sense of urgency
- Desire to solve problems and come up with creative solutions
- Adaptive personal style, strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Exposure to working in a global environment preferred

Responsibilities
1. HRIS Implementation and Management
o Support the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions, including requirements
gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
o Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and prepping data for upload to new HRIS
System
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of HRIS with
other business systems.
o Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor releases while ensuring minimal
disruption to business operations.
2. System Administration
o Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
o Develop and document system workflows, procedures, and user guides.
3. Training and Support
o Train HR team members and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
o Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders to maximize system adoption
and efficiency.
o Responsible for working with highly sensitive and confidential information,
maintaining the confidentiality of the information used during the normal course of
business.
o Ensures information is maintained according to privacy, confidentiality, and
compliance standards.
o Willingness to collaborate and support in additional tasks that arise within the HR
team, depending on the company’s needs and the employee’s experience.
