What you will do:
· Provide a detailed recording of actions performed, time spent, and tasks remaining for all daily activities per the organization’s standard operating procedures.
· Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base through the creation and maintenance of contact information, technical information, procedures, informational reference materials, fixes for known issues, and user guides.
· Triage all inbound customer, prospect, and vendor communications across all applicable mediums (e.g., phone, chat, ticket, etc.) and process their requests per the organization’s standard operating procedures.
· Identify, filter, and route unsolicited communications per the organization’s standard operating procedures.
· Direct customers to follow the organization’s standard operating procedures for communication and service requests and provide them supporting resources as required.
· Process customer equipment through the organization’s formal customer equipment check-in/check-out process per the organization’s standard operating procedures.
· Control physical access to the organization by registering visitors, assigning badges, and pairing them with an escort per the organization’s standard operating procedures.
· Receive and distribute inventory shipments and other mail to the appropriate department or group.
· Perform routine check-in communications with new customers as assigned and per the organization’s standard operating procedures.
What we are looking for:
· Strong understanding of and experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to quickly learn new business functionality, technologies, and stay current with industry trends.
· Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service
· Interpersonal skills and able to answer phones quickly and with friendly personality.
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
· Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
