Advanced Network Devices (AND) is a wholly owned subsidiary of DDC offering a comprehensive portfolio of PoE endpoints. We are the leader in the design and production of IP endpoint devices for mass notification systems. Our devices are installed throughout the US, and in international locales, within a wide range of facilities, in markets from education, healthcare, and government to corporate and industrial.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

Digital Design Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Network Devices (AND). If you're skilled at identifying customer requirements, leveraging relationships, and selling technical solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, this is the role for you. We're seeking someone who's motivated by hitting sales targets and delivering value to both new and existing clients. The Regional Sales Manager will be expected to take ownership of both direct and channel sales and work closely with partners to maximize success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell Advanced Network Devices’ solutions and services to both new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key resellers to extend AND’s reach and ensure product adoption.
  • Work closely with partner sales teams to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate and present AND’s solutions both in person and remotely to potential and existing clients to drive sales and close deals.
  • Drive direct sales and assist partners in closing business through product demonstrations and providing necessary support.
  • Represent AND at local and national events, ensuring that prospects and customers are fully informed about the value of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline reviews in accordance with AND’s sales processes.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to add value.

YOU MAY BE RIGHT FOR US IF YOU HAVE:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to sell to both new and existing customers, with experience expanding relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with customers and partners alike.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to effectively engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to identifying customer needs and aligning those with our solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and apply them to customer challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced, technical sales approach.
  • Ability to travel across the assigned territory and to customer/partner events as needed.
  • A professional appearance and work ethic.
  • A dedicated home office space for effective remote work

OTHER SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

  • Experience selling through channel resellers and partner networks.
  • Familiarity with mass notification, emergency management, or Artificial Intelligence and its landscape.
  • Demonstrated success selling in K-12 Education market.
