Digital Dynamics is a fast growing provider of control solutions for mission critical OEM process machinery. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and product management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic product planning process to improve DDIs overall competitiveness and increase market reach
- Lead the requirements definition process for new products in collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering, and manage product roadmaps
- Support cross-functional management of the product development process from conception through go-to-market.
- Participate in the product development process to ensure technical and commercial requirements are aligned with market needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to product development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience in engineering and product management
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering high-quality products
- Strong technical background and understanding of product development processes
- Experience with ERP and PLM software systems, such as Syspro and Arena Solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Goal oriented and willing to take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
