MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Two years experience as an Administrative Professional preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and Teams, word processing software, spreadsheet software and internet software a plus.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions.
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
This role requires excellent time management, oral and written communication skills and the ability to convey professionalism.

Responsible for clerical duties including answering phone calls, greeting guests, typing, filing, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required by performing the following duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
- Organize travel arrangements/registrations for staff.
- Coordinate DE Events/Seminars (food orders, setting up conference room, invites, tracking attendance)
- Greet and direct visitors.
- Handles inquiries.
- Checks and distributes documents and correspondence.
- Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Organizes meetings and appointments.
- Prepares outgoing mail.
- Photocopies, scans and keeps copy machine filled.
- Files all company correspondence in appropriate files on a daily basis.
- Orders supplies.
- Prepare project correspondence, reports, specifications and meeting notes including materials of a confidential nature.
- Organize contract files; publish monthly reports; support production of various documents including bid packages, bid lists, advertised projects, contracts, specifications.
- Types as required.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Runs company errands.
- Performs other duties as required by the firm.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
